7% Trappista barna ale
Abbaye Notre-Dame de Scourmont (1850) sörfőzdéje (1862)
It has a moderately long-lasting, creamy foam. The color is hazy, deep amber with garnet-like highlights. The aroma is malty and reminiscent of rum-soaked plums. It has a creamy texture and a primarily acidic flavor profile, with a full body. The bitterness from the hops and a significant amount of alcohol are only subtly present in the background. The complex aftertaste has a well-structured progression: first, a hint of roasted aromas, followed by notes of dark bread, then a frothy, carbonated sensation, and finally a long, smooth, slightly peppery bitterness.
