8,4% apátsági világos tripel
Bosteels Sörfőzde (1791), Buggenhout, Kelet –Flandria
To brew this beer, three types of grains – barley, wheat, and oats – are used. Its head is long-lasting, creamy, and frothy, with a light orange color. Its scent is malty and orangey. It’s a beautifully balanced beverage in which subtle acids and discreet bitterness are hidden behind the reservedly present, rather high alcohol content. In its pleasantly spicy aftertaste, cloves and cinnamon also mingle. A cleverly enticing drink.
