6% félbarna IPA
Silly Sörfőzde (1850), Silly, Hainaut
This copper-colored beverage, made with Tomahawk, Cascade, Saaz, Amarillo, and Hallertau Blanc hops, and two types of lightly roasted malt, owes its floral aroma and balanced flavor to the convergence of hop varieties. Thanks to the dry hopping with Nelson Sauvin hops, you may encounter flavor notes reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc wines at the end of each sip. It’s a truly refreshing drink, where the color, aroma, and taste are in perfect harmony. Enjoy it with red meat poultry, spicy pork dishes, Cheddar, and Emmental cheeses. Recommended for every occasion!
