Description
5% tölgyfahordóban érlelt málnás lambic
Boon (1978) Lembeek, Brabant
This raspberry Boon was a real rarity until recently, as it was only available for a few weeks during the summer. Frank Boon was the first brewer to make raspberry lambic again in 1976. He used more than 300 grams of fresh raspberries per liter, so Framboise Boon entered the public consciousness as a beer with a fresh fruity taste. The young lambic provides a characteristic taste, but this beer is much more raspberry than lambic.
