Dubuisson Sörfőzde (1769), Pipaix, Hainaut
Trolls are giant or dwarf forest spirits with wrinkled faces and prominent ears in Germanic mythology. Their cuvée enchants with its light orange-yellow hue and cognac-like, wildflower scent, almost as if flower pollen is floating into our noses. When you take the first sip, you’ll taste a beautifully balanced beverage. It’s robust but not too heavy, alcoholic but not harsh, slightly tangy, slightly bitter.
