Description
7% gueuze lambic
Boon Sörfőzde (1978), Halle, Brabant
Frank Boon, a living legend of lambic brewing, prefers the shorter spelling of gueuze. This beer is a blend of younger and older lambic, which is then fermented in the bottle. A real orgy of flavors lurks in the bottle: delicate floral aromas, a hint of gingery sweetness: the finish is long-lasting, dry, oaky and slightly salty. Carbonated and tingling. A wonderful beer.
