This Flemish wheat beer is one of Western Europe’s most famous and beloved, known for its opalescence from the yeast. In its aroma, bitter orange peel dominates. The taste is characterized by the dominance of wheat aromas, accompanied by a medley of honey-like sweetness and citrus flavors. At the beginning of each sip, it offers a carbonated, effervescent sensation, and upon swallowing, the taste of freshly baked bread emerges. In the aftertaste, a slightly peppery, tangy finish is noticeable, and here, the bitterness of hops also comes forward.
