Like all lambic beers, this brew is aged for a long time in oak barrels, in this case with fresh peaches and peach juice. A golden-yellow drink, its aroma reveals the presence of peaches. Its harmonious taste is strongly juicy throughout. This lambic is much milder and sweeter than usual.
