Description
4,5% meggyes lambic sör
Mort Subite Sörfőzde (1686), Kobbegem
This is a unique type of beer that is brewed exclusively in Belgium, southwest of Brussels. It is known as a fruity lambic beer, which is made using traditional methods. In the case of this beer, the wort is spontaneously fermented and aged for three years in oak barrels with the addition of fresh fruits. This process gives the beer a slightly tart and fermented flavor, while maintaining its refreshing, fruity, and sweet taste. It also contributes to its magnificent color, reminiscent of Burgundy wine.
