Silly Sörfőzde (1850) Silly, Hainaut
In Belgium, the Walloon region is best known as the birthplace of saison beers. Silly Sour is an interesting crossover that carries the characteristics of a saison, namely 13%. The Silly recipe, which dates back to the 19th century, requires exactly this amount and 87% sour ale to get this special beer as a result. Green apple pickle and delicious malty flavors arrive in our mouths after the first sip. The rest of the sip is creamy milky hop juice. An exciting maroon-colored beer that perfectly carries all the characteristics of traditional Belgian brewing.
