A traditional dubbel beer from a brewery with Trappist roots (and recipes). Chestnut brown in color, with a creamy and long-lasting foam. Its flavors are subdued, accompanying each sip with chocolate, roasted malt, and pleasantly fruity notes that almost entirely cover the discreet bitterness in the lingering aftertaste. A very likable beer that can be sipped for a long time during a pleasant conversation.
