Dark chestnut-brown, a slowly flowing, viscous, dense drink. When held up to the light, copper-red reflexes glimmer. Its aroma truly unfolds only after a few minutes of airing: roasted coffee, banana, pear dance with pepper and the scent of tropical fruits. Its taste is dominated by rum-soaked nuts, mingled with a pleasantly tangy coffee flavor, and upon swallowing, the aromas of bitter chocolate appear on the palate. A very complex, intricate beer, not your everyday drink.
