7,5% Trappista barna ale
Abbaye Notre Dame de St. Rémy (1230) sörfőzdéje (1889)
The dark amber-hued beverage teases our noses with spicy, caramel, and coffee aromas. It has a medium to slightly larger body, characterized by a soft flavor profile where malt sugar plays a defining role. However, the beer doesn’t come across as overly sweet. When swallowed, a tannic taste reminiscent of red wine—and even strong tea—emerges, gently tightening the mouth. This was the everyday drink in the Rochefort monastery.
