Its color is dark brown. After pouring, a crown-like, thick, hard, creamy foam appears on top of the glass. The initially subtle aroma develops suddenly upon contact with air, featuring roasted coffee, cocoa, and chocolate. The characteristic roasted malt sweetness of this beer is present throughout the sip but never overpowering. After swallowing, the legendary “chocolate flavor” of the beer emerges in the background, revealing the hidden fine bitterness of the hops.
